Issue #3 Launch Party!

Last Tuesday we held our launch party for Issue #3 at The Ritz Theatre in NE Mpls (that's Northeast Minneapolis, if you're not into the whole brevity thing) and it was a smashing success. The party featured three wonderful readers from the third issue: John Vick, Matt Rasmussen and Erin Ergenbright.

Happy Birthday, Creative Writing MFA!

Students, professors, alums, and writers convened at the University of Minnesota on April 13 for a gala celebration of tenth year of the University of Minnesota Creative Writing MFA Program. Dislocate was there, showing off copies of our brand new Issue #3, mingling with celebrities, and snapping photos.

Save the Date: On Friday, April 13th Dislocate will be at the 10th Anniversary Celebration of the University of Minnesota's MFA program. We'll be selling Dislocate subscriptions and copies of the new issue. If you're in the area, stop by the 4th floor of Coffman Union on the University of Minnesota campus. Come by our table and say hello, and we'll give you a free button and a back issue of the journal. The party starts at 7pm and promises all the food, drink and writers we can fit in one room.
